Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and fragrance sensitivity reasons, opened or used perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
